12 donos de postos de combustível de Londrina, região norte do Paraná, são acusados oficialmente de formação de cartel. A Secretaria de Direito Econômico, do Ministério da Justiça, concluiu uma investigação referente aos anos 2006 e 2007. O processo foi aberto em fevereiro de 2010, a partir de uma denúncia da Polícia Civil. Além de combinar preços de combustíveis, os donos faziam ameaças a quem não participasse do cartel. Se condenados, eles podem ser multados em 30% do valor do faturamento de cada um dos postos, ter canceladas as autorizações de funcionamento, e prisão de até cinco anos.Joice Hasselmann
